Pennsylvania Office of Public Records Will Pay $60,000 to Resolve EEOC Age Suit

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Office of Public Records will pay $60,000 and costs to settle a federal age discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
